We already have the detailed Contact Form on our Main Page for our potential clients and customers. You can submit the information about your home for sale. And/Or ask a question using that very same form.
We Have Tried To Make Our Flat Fee MLS Service Simple To Understand. And Very Easy To Do:
1) Submit Your Information Describing Your Home At The Bottom Of Our Main Page.
2) We Send A Confirmation Email That It Was Received.
3) Then We Send The Required MLS Forms.
4) Take Your Time. Review. There’s Nothing To Fill Out. When Ready Just Click-To-Sign.
5) Then We Create The Listing Based On Your Information. And City Property Records.
6) We Send You The Link To Your MLS Listing.

That’s All There Is To It! Everything Can Be Done From Your Smartphone.
Once You Confirm The Service Has Been Completed, And The MLS Listing Is Active, A PayPal Invoice Is Sent. Then You Make Your $195 Payment By Credit Or Debit Card. You Do Not Need A PayPal Account.
You Will Receive Direct Contact From Agents Who Are Working With Active Serious Home Buyers. Plus, You Are Free To Continue All Your Efforts To Sell The Home Yourself.
Your Listing Will Remain Active For 6 Months. Or Until You Let Us Know That The Home Has Been Sold. There Is No Charge To Renew For An Additional 6 Months If Necessary.
